For the location, the price is good, and this is a decent value-for-money hotel. The sheets were clean and the room was okay, though the shared sinks weren’t clean. Don’t come expecting spotless rooms or anything newly renovated. If I returned, I’d spend a bit more and choose another apartment.

It’s very budget accommodation, and you get what you pay for. The Google photos don’t match the actual hotel, and I wouldn’t recommend it if you have another option. The location is good, near the metro, and the WiFi was good. There’s also a small lift. The room wasn’t in good condition. The toilet’s sliding door was broken, it smelled bad, and there was no spare plug for charging. I had to unplug the fridge to charge my phone. In our first room, someone had left a water bottle and food behind, probably from a previous guest, and the toilet floor was flooded. The staff were nice about it and changed our room right away.

The staff were especially friendly and helpful, and went beyond what we expected a couple of times. It’s a pleasant, basic-standard hotel close to the city centre, the old town, and the Acropolis. Our room had a private bathroom and everything we needed.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here. I reported bed bugs to reception at 3am after waking up with bites the day after I arrived. They offered to move me, but I couldn’t shift all my things in the middle of the night. I woke with even more bites and called reception for medicine. The staff member told me to go to the hospital and said the hotel wouldn’t pay because they had a bigger problem than me. They said they’d come clean the room of bed bugs, and that it didn’t matter who I was or what body the bugs had bitten. I went to hospital and lost the whole day there. The first receptionist had been nice and changed my room because it didn’t look like the pictures. When I returned late to check out, I was told I had to leave within half an hour. I asked them not to leave the room until I got to the airport. They didn’t handle my problem properly, and it was a bad experience.
