The location is the one good thing about this apartment. The rest was a complete mess: the room was dirty, the towels were stained and unclean, the bedding didn’t look clean either, and the shower was broken. I told the manager about the towels and was told they’d be replaced, but no one ever changed them. Avoid this place.

This was the worst accommodation experience I’ve had. I confirmed my arrival time with the hotel on WhatsApp, but as soon as I reached the airport they cancelled my booking and immediately blocked me there, so I couldn’t contact them. I have screenshots of our conversation as proof of what I consider unethical behavior. They left us stranded in a foreign country without help or even an apology. This was more than bad service to me, it felt like a scam. Don’t trust this place, and stay away if you don’t want to be stranded and cheated. An absolute nightmare.

We loved the lively neighborhood and felt safe walking around even late at night. The apartment was beautiful, the views were amazing, and it was perfect for our family. Major sights were an easy walk away. We booked directly and had no issues, and they even arranged great transportation from the airport. We’d never stay anywhere else now that we’ve found this gem, and can’t recommend it enough. My only suggestions are larger trash cans and a small microwave. We had so much food that we often had leftovers, and a microwave would’ve been perfect, though not having one wasn’t a big deal.

Great place right in the center. Our flight was delayed, so we asked the owner if we could stay five extra hours. He asked for 180 euro for that time.

I couldn’t travel to Greece because of Australia’s border closures. They had promised me a refund, but Booking.com needed written confirmation of that agreement. Days passed without them sending anything or responding to my many messages. I had to leave this review because of the poor communication. Communication is essential for running a business professionally, and ignoring customers isn’t acceptable. Don’t pay them upfront if you might be unable to travel due to Covid restrictions, or you may not get your money back. Only book through sites that offer free cancellation. After I posted this, the owner replied shortly afterward. It proves they can communicate when a review is negative. It shouldn’t have taken that.
