Athenian Sensations Apartments & Suites

The location was PRIME, with The Taverna a minute up the road and loads of cafes, restaurants, and markets just a short walk away. The Acropolis was close too. We liked the modern bathroom and the kitchenette, and housekeeping was very good. Litsa is such a lovely lady. Kosta also kindly let us stay until 5pm since our flight was at 11pm, and we really appreciated that. We were there from 18th August 2025 till 3rd September 2025. Dimitra met us at the front entrance, and all the communication through what's app worked perfectly. The place upstairs was lovely and clean. There were four adults, with my boys using the bed and my husband and me taking the sofa, which was fine. The room was unfortunately too small, and an outdoor balcony would have made it more comfortable. The enclosure was ok. We appreciate everything 🙏

It was easy to get to the restaurants, shops, and the Acropolis from here, and otherwise our stay was great. The main hassle was locating the place: there was no sign to show we’d arrived. We saw a laundry mat, but nothing welcoming us to Athenian apartments. A sign would help customers know they’re in the right spot.

The staff were so warm and accommodating, and communication was excellent. They stored my luggage twice and shared great recommendations. The room was lovely and the location amazing. A truly wonderful stay!

The apartment was large and in excellent condition, though it was missing a couple of things, including a tea towel and dishwasher tablets. The TV didn’t have a single English-speaking station. Athenian Sensations is in a couple of rooms in an otherwise nondescript building on a side street, like many non-hotel apartments in Athens. The big problem is the rooftop bars all around it, which stay open till 4 am. Bring ear plugs if you want to sleep.
