Athens Avaton Suites

The apartment’s best feature is its unobstructed Acropolis view, even from the jacuzzi. It’s super comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay. The bathroom and bed were great, and the shutters close properly, so we could sleep in the morning. Gina and Agios were amazing hosts. They welcomed us and helped us with all sorts of guidance. It felt like typical Greek hospitality. We had a lot of fun and would stay here again. Thanks, Gina!

George was a really friendly host who took the time to settle us into the apartment and share lots of recommendations. The place is in a lovely, quaint area with plenty of cafes and bars, and everything Athens has to offer is still walkable. The views from the apartment have to be among the best in Athens. We loved the little technology touches, including a remote that moves the bed for a better view. The balcony hot tub was superb, and the kitchenette came with coffee, milk, and the basics, even wine. One of the best Air BnBs we’ve stayed in. We’ll recommend it to anyone visiting Athens!

From outside, the building is pretty nondescript and tucked down an alley, but the view inside the flat is spectacular. It’s a cleverly arranged studio with a patio and jacuzzi, and the surrounding area has great food options, cafes, bars, and nightlife. Secure parking is just a stone’s throw away and costs €15 a day. A must for anyone after a special stay in Athens.

The room’s view of the Acropolis was breathtaking, and the whirlpool had the same view. We came to Athens for this suite and weren’t disappointed.
