The hotel itself was clean and pleasant, and the staff were nice. But we didn't feel safe in the area, and felt for the people running the place. When we got out of the taxi, a man tried to steal money from the driver and our luggage. There was shouting and a lot of dogs barking outside, though we don't know what was going on. We planned to stay two nights, but left after the first. While waiting for our taxi indoors, we saw what appeared to be drug dealing outside the hotel.
