Athens City Themis 7

The host was punctual, very helpful, and always available when I had questions. The apartment was spotless, well cared for, and had everything I needed. It was also an easy walk to the main square, which made exploring the city simple. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Athens.

The towels were nice, the toilets were clean, and the house was clean. I'm glad I stayed here, and I'm very, very happy with the stay.

We ended up leaving and booking somewhere else after finding cockroaches in one of the bedrooms on our first night. The owner said he would handle it when we told him, but nothing was done. After trying to deal with the problem ourselves, I sent more messages and never got a reply. I still haven't heard from him or received any compensation. Really disappointing, and the response felt rude.

We had to find another hotel at 3am after discovering bed bugs in our room at Athens City Themis13 during our stay on 16/06/25-18/06/25. I have photos and videos documenting the infestation. It made the room impossible to stay in and raised serious hygiene and health concerns. I told the staff right away, but they wouldn't move us to another room and offered neither a refund nor alternative accommodation. I found that response inadequate and unprofessional given the situation. The experience caused a lot of distress during our time in Athens and left me concerned about tourism standards and public health. I respectfully ask for a full refund for the uninhabitable stay, compensation for the inconvenience and any extra costs, and proper pest control so future guests aren't exposed to the same issue.
