I’m visiting from the USA, and I walked everywhere, from food tours to the Acropolis. The location is so convenient, and the place felt quiet and safe. The bed was comfortable, and I loved the spacious, clean shower. Staff were amazing about accommodating our group and arranging an airport ride, which was about 20 euros cheaper than taxis. One thing to know: you have to get an iron from the front desk, and it may already be in use. The lighting and air conditioning are controlled by digital panels on the wall where a light switch would usually be. Bring your own washcloths, too, since hotels here didn’t seem to provide them. There are towels and house slippers. I wish the room had a full-length mirror. I’d definitely stay again. Greece was fun, very city-like and full of life!

The rooms were good, the service was really friendly, and the hotel itself is very nice. Everything else was great, but the lighting was a real problem for me as someone who wears makeup. There wasn’t proper light to do it.

A cute little hotel on a quiet street, but close to everything. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and our room was spacious and clean.

The pool gave us an electric shock through our bodies when we pressed the button for the jets. We got out immediately, shaken by what had happened, especially since we were wet and thought that made the shock stronger. We looked it up and realized this could be a very serious and dangerous problem. We went to management because there was no point using a pool we now believed was dangerous. We chose this hotel for the pool, and it was our last day in Greece. The pool area was deceptive and unkempt, with dead plants and no privacy, but we were tired and wanted to relax. A very nice front desk clerk listened and said he’d speak with management. After a wait, we were told the hotel was sold out and couldn't move us, and that they could only take $100 off the bill. The room cost $360, while lower-grade rooms cost $241. Given the wait, the inconvenience, and losing the pool we’d come for, I felt at least a 50% discount was warranted. This could have been much worse for a child or someone with a heart condition. When we said that wasn't enough, the clerk said it was all they could do. Most hotels would have comped the room, which I wasn’t asking for, but $100 wasn’t satisfactory. I was very angry to end my vacation this way. We had booked the room with the pool, and the front desk clerk had been very nice and escorted us there.

The room was neat and clean, and once we were inside, we forgot the noise of the city center. The customer service was very friendly and helpful. My wife and I stayed two nights and had a blissful time. The location is perfect, right in the middle of the city center. I’d definitely consider staying again on my next trip to Athens.
