Athens The L7 Str - Luxury Boutique Collection Hotel

We were there for four nights, from November 30th to December 4th 2025. The hotel’s location made it easy to get everywhere, and the metro was just a 3-minute walk away. The décor, staff, rooms, breakfast, and gym were all excellent.

The rooftop construction was the one letdown. We couldn’t use the roof, and the noise meant we had to keep the windows shut in the evenings. I’d rate the stay 4.5, but Google doesn’t offer half stars. Everything else was lovely. The room was small but comfortable, and the location put us five minutes from the busiest streets, close to the Acropolis and restaurants but far enough away from the crowds and noise. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with juice squeezed on site, espresso, honey straight from the comb, yogurt, berries, and pastries. The morning front desk woman was all smiles and quick to help, though I can’t remember her name. Nicolas, George, and Maria were also great to chat with between our outings. Service went above and beyond, and I’d highly recommend staying here.

The L7 Str – Luxury Boutique Collection Hotel in Athens was a real find. I work in hospitality, so it takes a lot to impress me, but the hotel brought together style, comfort, and attentive service very well. Check-in was smooth, and the staff made us feel welcome and looked after throughout. Our room was spotless, with strong air conditioning that helped in the Athens heat, plus a private balcony. The hotel is central for getting to major sights, yet in a quiet spot where we could sleep well. The price seemed very fair for the service, design, and quality of the room. We also enjoyed the on-site food. It was fresh, nicely prepared, and presented with care. I’d gladly recommend The L7 Str to people visiting for business or leisure, and hope to stay again on a future trip.

The staff were excellent and the service very good. My room was clean and stylish, though small. The hotel’s fairly central, but the gym is small and the sauna wasn’t working.
