Maria and Juju were the bright spot of our stay. They were lovely, sweet, and always ready to help. The location was a plus too. We booked a junior suite hoping for a comfortable, spacious room, but got a tiny, tacky one that felt far too expensive. Breakfast was the same every morning, with no variety, and the property’s four-star claim didn’t match our experience. At other four-star hotels on Mykonos and Santorini, staff helped with luggage. Here we had to carry everything up and down ourselves. The place fell short on comfort and felt overpriced and misleading for what was offered. I don’t understand all the positive reviews, and sadly wouldn’t recommend it. It felt like a rip-off compared with what we were promised.

The two-bedroom apartment is a great choice. It’s just a minute’s walk from the main lobby, and the check-in process was quick and easy, with exceptionally kind staff. There’s plenty of room, a separate living area, a usable kitchen, and a lovely balcony to relax on. Everything was clean and comfortable. There’s no private parking, but I had no trouble finding a spot on the street nearby. The location is excellent, close to a supermarket, coffee shops, and the Acropolis. A very worthwhile place to stay in Athens.

The hosts were brilliant and very helpful, and the roof terrace was a great spot. Breakfast was delicious. The rooms were nice and about what you’d expect at this price. The location is fantastic, with everything you need close by.

The two women at reception were really professional and kind. It’s in a handy spot for tourists, with two supermarkets nearby. The place is quiet and tidy, and there’s a rooftop that’s always open where you can watch the sunset.

We stayed again for one night before flying home after visiting elsewhere, and it was another great visit. The hotel’s rooms are lovely and work well for families. Our first stay was seven nights in a two-bedroom apartment, which was wonderful. It was clean and tidied daily with fresh linens, and having a washing machine meant we could pack less. The location was ideal: close to everything, yet quiet, with a grocery store and pharmacy nearby. We didn’t have to put up with late-night noise.
