There’s a café just 30 metres away for breakfast, and the building has an elevator. From here, it’s about a 20-minute walk to most of the city center, with plenty of nightlife nearby. Syntagma Square is only a five to six-minute walk away, with several public transport connections to the airport.

The apartment is small, clean, and very quiet, even though the neighborhood is lively. It faces a courtyard and has a little balcony where you can have breakfast. The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and more. The double bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning worked, and the free Wi-Fi was reliable. George, the owner, was very friendly and sent all the instructions needed to get in. The place is in Plaka, central Athens, about a 10-minute walk from the Acropolis or the Ancient Agora. A little gem!

The apartment had everything we needed, with lots of appliances in the kitchen, and it was clean. Our host was very friendly. It’s right on streets lined with shops and restaurants, and contactless check-in made things much easier during the pandemic.
