At 40 euros a night, I kept wondering what the price was for. The carpets were old and dirty, and there were blood marks on the walls, maybe dead mosquitos or cockroaches. The WC had an old plastic door that wouldn’t shut properly, and the balcony door had the same problem. There’s no elevator, and reception was empty most of the time. As far as I could tell, anyone could take a key and head to any room. One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in, and it wasn’t clean enough.

The neighborhood is fantastic, with some great bars and restaurants close by. The hotel was good and the staff lovely. I’ll stay here again on my next trip.

Extremely dirty and unpleasant. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. I wouldn’t accept a place like this even for refugees. Stay away from it.

It’s beautiful, clean, and peaceful. There are buses nearby for getting to the city center, and public parks and lovely cafes close by too.
