The neighborhood felt safe and stayed quiet, even though the historic district and Omonia and Syntagma metro stations were about 20 minutes away on foot. There’s a supermarket just a three-minute walk away. I spent a few really good days in the duplex. It was modern, clean, and stocked with everything I needed, including a washer with pods, an iron and board, and a great Marshall music box. They’d left water and a few Nespresso capsules for me when I arrived, and the team was quick to help whenever I reached out. The bathroom could use another light, and the mattress was much too soft for me. I’d still come back next time I’m in Athens.

Much more spacious than I expected, and there was no smell or perfume. The place was clean, quiet, and had a simple Scandinavian feel. The owners were friendly, and there’s a lift, an oven, and a coffee maker too.

Elliot made our stay especially memorable. He was thoughtful, warm, and quick to respond from the time we booked, and his local tips helped make the trip feel more authentic. The Airbnb itself was spotless, stylish, and really comfortable, just like the pictures or even better. We could easily get to major sights, restaurants, and public transport, which made it a great base for exploring Athens. This was one of the highlights of our trip. Thanks, Elliot!
