As of late April 2024, the location was a plus, and there’s a bus stop nearby. The metro takes a 15-20 minute walk to reach. There’s no daily room service, so you have to keep things tidy yourself. Noise around midnight is possible, though it doesn’t happen every time. The shower was a downside.

They overbooked and didn't tell us. What kind of management is that? We were left stuck outside at 9pm with nowhere to go. I wouldn't recommend it.

We were moved to another apartment in the building after contacting the manager, but that one was in a similar condition. It also had ants gathered on the floor by the kitchen counter, apparently attracted by leftover food. The first one, apartment 4, was dirty when we arrived. We took photos straight away: there were footprints in the bathroom and room, dust and dirt on the AC, and a wet, used towel on the mat in front of the kitchen counter. The bathroom probably smelled like the drain, and with its door open, the odor spread through the rest of the room.

The room was really nice, and the kitchen was clean and fully equipped. It's on a narrow street that cars can't enter, so bringing lots of things can be difficult. The parking they offer costs extra. Apart from that, super.
