The only snag was the check-in time, but I was compensated, so I’m a happy customer. The rooms were super spacious and among the cleanest I’ve stayed in anywhere. I felt very safe, and everything was in order and working. I didn’t run into any other problems. Thank you, hestia team.

We spent two nights here and would gladly come back. The location was very convenient, the rooms were clean and spacious, and there were nice views into the park. The kitchenette looked good, though we didn’t cook. The pull-out couch is unusual: you pull it out from the top cushions. We expected street noise, but the thick walls and heavy-duty glass kept it from bothering us.

The view from the windows wasn’t nice, but that wasn’t a big deal for Athens. There was plenty of comfortable space for four, and the kitchen was very well equipped. The lift is tiny, enough for only two or three people. The towels could have been cleaner; everything else was very good.

The location is really good, with great views over the park. There’s a nearby 35 bus stop for Monistraki Square, though it’s walkable too, and the bus is frequent and good value. Plenty of nearby groceries, bakeries, cafes and restaurants offer good value. The apartments are modern, clean and well serviced, with great bathrooms. The kitchenette, fridge/freezer and laundrette were useful and all worked very well. We visited in April, so the temperature was fine and we barely needed heating or AC. The heating worked, but the AC didn’t; the service staff were attentive and tried to fix it promptly. There’s a ramp for disabled access, though the lift may be too small for a motorized wheelchair. The soundproofing is excellent given how noisy the main road is. That road noise is probably the main downside of a room facing the park, and sitting on the balcony wasn’t ideal because of it, but it was a small trade-off overall.
