The place was luxurious, modern, and very well equipped, with a comfortable bed, a huge shower, and a clean interior that smelled good throughout. Getting into the building and apartment with codes instead of keys was easy. But we couldn't sleep before 4 in the morning because of a nearby NIGHT CLUB. Cars, motorcycles and people coming out of the CLUB were noisy too. After five days, we left extremely tired.

The stay was so bad that I left before it was over and booked a real hotel. We arrived in the afternoon with our toddler and found the building locked with no staff around. We were stuck outside for an unacceptable time before getting in. At night, the street noise was awful and made sleep almost impossible. The room was filthy as well. There was hair in the shower, a dirty towel, and a red thong with chains stuffed in the wardrobe when we checked in. The cleaning service was a joke. On two consecutive nights the building alarm went off at 9 PM and 11 PM, each time blaring for 20-30 minutes and waking us, and presumably other guests. Management blamed us, claiming shower steam had set it off, even though there was no shower steam from us to blame. Their staff were rude and accusatory while we were the ones being disturbed. If you care about peace of mind, I'd stay away and spend your money somewhere that treats guests with basic care.

The rooftop was a lovely spot to bring a bottle of wine or another drink and unwind before dinner. The apartments themselves are spacious and spotless, with a very high standard of finish. We were delighted with the size, quality and central Athens location. Highly recommend for a trip to Athens.

The huge renovated balcony had a great view, and the new windows in its doors cut the Friday and Saturday night noise from nearby cafés and pubs down to a minimum. There was one issue: a water leak in the corner beside the toilet, probably from the toilet itself, though we didn't mention it while there. We stayed in the loft and were surprised by how spacious, beautiful and modern it was. The apartment and what looked like the whole building had been renovated, with care in every detail. The place is right in central Athens, on a lively street with shops and snack cafés. The price was good, and I hope it stays that way. I'd definitely book it on my next visit and have already recommended it to friends.
