We had to cancel a reservation made through booking two days ahead because of a medical emergency and a canceled trip. When we asked for the cancellation fee to be waived or reduced, they simply said no, even though the fee was the full reservation price. I highly recommend avoiding this place. It felt like there was no human being on the other end of the line. Save your money for somewhere that values you as a customer, not just as money.

My wife and I had a great apartment, beautifully furnished with everything we needed. It's 400 m from the Metro, with easy access from the airport, and markets are conveniently close. John, the owner, is a fabulous host.
