Klepsydra Urban Suites

My sister and I stayed for just one night on 21/06/2025, and what a fabulous hotel. The staff were so kind. They helped me find a shop with the specific shoes I was looking for my friends, and arranged early airport transport for me and a later ride for my sister. There are some amazing restaurants and bars nearby. I’d forgotten how cool Athens is, especially this neighborhood. Thank you.

Aphrodite was so helpful. She found us a good laundry rate and helped get back the phone I’d left in a taxi. The place has lots of space and an awesome location. I’d highly recommend it.

A small shop nearby made it easy to grab snacks or water, and there’s a really good restaurant right across the street. The apartments are roomy and well placed, close to the city center.

We’d booked and prepaid for two nights before a cruise from Athens, but an emergency outside our control meant we couldn’t travel. When we asked about a refund, the hotel first offered to move our booking to different dates. We sent the dates they requested, then they changed their position and refused to return our money or move the reservation. Virgin Voyages understood the situation and refunded the cruise. The hotel’s customer service was horrible, especially after they’d initially agreed to reschedule.
