The hotel did issue a full refund after I posted this review, and they apologized. The room was spacious and the location was the only thing we liked. We arrived in Athens and the receptionist showed us upstairs without telling us the air conditioning was out. When we asked when it might be repaired, she couldn't give a clear answer and brushed off our questions. She also said there were no other rooms when we asked to move to one with AC. We said we wanted to cancel and find somewhere with air conditioning. When we mentioned the heat, she replied that the weather was the same every day. We stepped out briefly to look for another hotel. On coming back, we saw a mother and child raising the same complaint. The receptionist later said they had left for that reason, but now a room with AC was available. That made no sense to us. She kept dismissing what we said, so we asked for a full refund and to leave right away. She opened the door and said we could go, but wouldn't guarantee we'd get our money back. Nobody had warned us before arrival that the AC was broken, though there were two fans in the room that seemed to have been there for a while to cool it. Awful, awful, awful. Don't book or stay here.

Right in the city center pedestrian area, the hotel has shops, bars, and restaurants nearby, and the metro is around a five-minute walk away. Our room was modern, clean, and had what we needed. The staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was basic but there was a good amount. Great value for the price.

We were only here for one night between trips, but everything was great and we'll come back. The room was clean and organized, and it was ready before check-in. The staff were wonderful, and the location worked really well.

We loved our stay. The room was a good size and had a fridge, kettle, microwave, and dishwasher. Breakfast came to the room and was nice, with fresh milk and orange juice. The staff were brilliant and helpful, and all the sights were walkable. The location was really good, near Mezza Greek restaurant, which serves good food.

Brand-new, impressive apartments with a kitchen and a comfy bed. A great base for shopping and seeing Athens' attractions.
