PAME Wild

The first-floor area outside was really noisy, and I couldn't sleep. The room was €60 for one night, which felt crazy for that noise and the state of the toilet. Inside the WC was very dirty, with old, heavy yellow staining, and the top hadn't been cleaned properly either. I brought Pulirapid with me because I know many hotels skip toilet hygiene, so I poured it over the bowl and got it looking like new. I don't know why hotels don't use anti-limescale products instead of just water, since the whole area stays yellow, and I can't tolerate that. I was only there one night and had so little time that I couldn't even complain. Everything else was okay.

Getting around was easy from here, with attractions and public transport close by. The shared balcony and mini-kitchen were great spots to relax and meet other travelers. PAME wild has a lively communal feel alongside modern comfort, and the design is stylish. My room was very clean and had a comfortable bed and the essentials; the mattress made for a good night's sleep after exploring Athens. Staff were warm and helpful, always smiling and offering local tips. It also felt like good value for the quality and amenities.

The 24/7 concierge made our 4 a.m. booked taxi easy to arrange, and the cleaning staff did a great job. I was traveling solo at first, as an older woman, and I'm especially grateful to Nancy for helping me sort out taxis, banks, and cafes. Front desk staff set the tone for a stay, and she made a wonderful first impression.

We had a pleasant family stay. Check-in went smoothly, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and my room was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping did a good job too. I appreciate the effort to make our visit enjoyable, and hope the feedback helps improve the service. I'd be glad to return and see positive changes.
