The hilly streets and stairs around the flat give you a real sense of the city if you like exploring on foot. It’s in elegant Kolonaki, near the top of Lycabettus Hill, with cafes and other amenities just a couple of minutes away. Pick up a fresh cheese pie and coffee to enjoy back at the apartment. Taxis pass every few minutes and are inexpensive. You can also walk 7-10 minutes uphill to the famous cafe at the top of Lycabettus Hill, “Prasini Tenta”, for a breathtaking view over Athens. The apartment opens onto a lovely internal patio, adding space while still feeling private. It’s spacious for a one-bedroom, modern, clean, stylish, and fully equipped, with very good WiFi. We weren’t sure about being on level -2 with elevator access, but it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. It was a comfortable stay in a flat that could pass for a hotel room. I’d definitely recommend it for a couples’ city break or a business trip. A little gem.
