The room looked nothing like the photos, and I can't believe I paid so much for it. I feel scammed. The service was poor too. When I arrived to check in, they couldn't find my reservation, which was extremely stressful because I was exhausted. I'm not even sure I got the room I'd paid for. I heard everything from my room, there was no sound isolation, and noise from the main door kept me awake. I'll never go back.

Somewhere between a hotel and a B&B, with a location you can't beat. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and came from the restaurant menu.

The location is great, and they let us leave our bags there late at night. Breakfast is included, though plenty of places nearby offer that too. The stay itself was awful: the beds were so springy we felt every coil, and the WiFi barely worked either night. The first night it was out, and the second it kept dropping, which made it useless. The keypad outside our room beeped at random intervals, every 10-60 minutes. Rooms use keys, so I don’t understand why staff kept trying to disable the keypad instead of disconnecting it. We could hear three shrill beeps each time while trying to sleep. It carried on the second night, and I was messaging staff until nearly 1am, when the power went out. The beeping stopped, but so did the AC. Other guests came out to see what was happening for about an hour. We barely slept for two nights.

We booked the balcony room, which was lovely, and the location was great. The staff were pleasant enough, but our second stay was overbooked, so we had to find somewhere else at the last minute. That was incredibly stressful and could have been avoided. The hotel’s decor tries to look fancy, but it’s tacky and mismatched. The shower leaked all over and didn’t drain properly.
