The staff were excellent, but I felt unsafe both inside and outside the hostel, and the surrounding area made me uneasy. The toilets and bathrooms also raised cleanliness concerns. I had an unpleasant stay and can’t recommend the place.

The breakfast was terrible, and some rooms have windows that let in no fresh air. The hotel feels old and dirty. I know it’s a budget place, but even so, some basic standards are lacking. I feel cheated and wouldn’t recommend it.

We checked in yesterday and went out. When we got back, bedbugs were crawling on the bed. The receptionist said they’d refund us if we filmed them, so I spent 30 minutes trying to catch proof and finally got two on video. Even after I showed it, they offered a refund only for the next night, not the night we’d already paid for. They said maybe they could have done so if we’d reported it earlier, but now they couldn’t find another guest for that day. It felt like our health didn’t matter to them. If you care at all about yourself and your health, don’t stay here. This is a bedbug hotel.

The place felt scary and wasn’t clean. The beds were dirty and full of bedbugs, and the AC didn’t work. The receptionist lady was cheerful and nice, though the other guy was rude. I had to move somewhere else after one night. If you want to sleep properly, don’t come here.

There were six of us, split between two rooms for one night, and we didn’t have any problems.
