Stylish Apartment with Balcony by Cloudkeys

I’ve never come across such inhumane treatment, rudeness, and unprofessional behavior from the people managing these apartments. Sorry for the long account, but this is what happened. There’s supposedly a 10 euro check-in fee after 9 pm, though I couldn’t find that stated anywhere. Our boat’s schedule changed at the last minute and it left five hours late, so I let them know at noon that we’d arrive late. At first the person in charge didn’t tell me about the fee. Then, at 22:30, when I was half an hour from the apartment, she told me, literally, “take a taxi because from 23:00 the check in fee is 30 euros”. We arrived at 23:03 after a 13-hour journey, exhausted. A bodyguard at the entrance shut the door on us, speaking in a mocking, insulting, and rude way, and left us out on the street. They then cancelled our reservation themselves, kept our money, and ran off with lies.
