The Residence - Christokopidou Hotel & SPA

The terrace gave us a view of the Parthenon, and the room was modern, clean, and comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly, and the neighborhood felt very safe. It’s a small hotel in a great area near Monasteraki, just off Ermou St, with dozens of little cafés within a five-minute walk. There’s no bar or restaurant on site, which was the only downside, but there are plenty within a two-minute walk. I’d definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

The front desk team were so welcoming, kind, and helpful with anything I needed, and that really made the stay better. My time at Resident Hotel Athens was excellent. The room was comfortable, clean, and beautifully kept, and the location was central and convenient for getting around Athens. Highly recommended. I’d definitely stay again.

After long days exploring Athens, we loved having the pool as a place to relax and reset. Our balcony was another nice feature, a lovely spot to watch the city come to life. We spent a wonderful week at this hotel in Psirri, right in central Athens and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The staff welcomed us warmly from the start, helped with all our requests, and even sent extra airport transfer options by message. It was a fantastic stay. We might book a room with a panoramic view next time.

This was the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The rooms are extremely small, with no space for anything, and look worn out despite the claim that the hotel has been renovated. Doors don’t close properly, and the ventilation system makes unbearable noise. The reception staff didn’t seem to try to help and only offered much worse room options. One was a room with practically an entire wall of clear glass facing the street, with a curtain as its only “security.”
