We loved the view from the penthouse. The hotel and room were very clean, and the furniture was good quality. It’s well placed near Lycabet Hill, stylish bars and restaurants, and the metro. The staff were professional, always smiling, and gave excellent service.

We were welcomed with smiles by the really nice staff as soon as we arrived. This boutique hotel is clean and modern but still has character, and the location is great. Our room impressed us with all the details, from the bathroom fixtures and shower to the bed, decor, and sitting area. They’d left a welcome note and a few extra treats too. That personal touch didn’t go unnoticed. We’d definitely stay again. (September 17, 2025)

The penthouse suite felt romantic, and we fell in love with it. We arrived to wine, chocolates that were so yummy, and flowers. The whole place has a chic, relaxing feel, and it’s modern, clean, and cool. Everything we needed was there without asking. The staff are superb, well trained, and constantly cleaning, so everything stays perfect. I loved the elevator too. The location is prime, close to everything but quiet, and just down the street from Chanel and the other luxury stores. Restaurant IT is fabulous, with breakfast, lunch, dinner, take-away, and a fabulous morning buffet. There was 20% off, and we felt spoiled as guests. Five stars, five stars, five stars, five stars, five stars.

The hotel was clean and in a nice location. My only complaint was the elevator’s metal walls, covered from floor to ceiling with colorful letter and number magnets. They seemed intended for adults, not children, but people had used them to spell out graffiti, political comments, and profanity. It was distasteful to see in such a fancy hotel, and I really didn’t appreciate it. September 2025.
