The area is quiet, and the apartment feels cozy. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, with a nice balcony. Seems suitable for a group of three or four.

We were left waiting outside with our luggage. We had agreed on 3 pm, but the man didn't show up until 5:30, more than two hours after we called. On arrival, the tap wasn't there, and it took two days to get it fixed. The apartment is in a somewhat neglected neighborhood about 1.5 km from the center. There are cheaper places to eat nearby, though they were all kebab shops. The flat itself was pretty run-down, the sheets had what looked like mucus on them, disgusting, and we only got one set of towels for the whole stay. There was no washing machine to clean them. At least the elevator worked, but the noise inside the apartment was awful, even if it wasn't used much. We also asked about a transfer to the airport and they wanted 15 euros more than the taxi drivers.

A great place to relax and enjoy the beach, with a good restaurant and nice facilities. Some of the apartment owners are the weak spot, though. They act like they're above everyone else.
