My Greece trip was canceled because I got the flu, so I never stayed at the hotel. I canceled four days ahead and was still charged about $866 for a room I didn't use. I emailed them and never got a reply. My credit card company won't remove the charge because the business is considered reputable, but I feel like I was ripped off over something that wasn't my fault. This feels outrageous, outlandish, unprofessional, and unethical. Maybe even criminal. I'm a professional criminologist, so I know a crime when I see one. I wouldn't willingly give my money to a business that operates this way, and I thought other people should know. So disappointing and disgusting.

Christos was welcoming and kept communication easy, and the cleaning lady was lovely and couldn't do enough for us. The place was spotless, with everything we needed and a little balcony that gets morning sunshine. The central location was perfect, with good walking access. We'd definitely return. Highly recommend!

You'll need cell service for check-in. We had some trouble at first, and it would've been impossible without it. You may also have to use WhatsApp messages. One other thing: a Sustainability Fee is added to the room charge and paid at checkout.

We spent five nights here. The staff were nice, the location was good, and everything was very clean. All in all, very good.

The neighborhood is noisy. Even with double-glazed doors and windows, I could hear people shouting and motorcycles. Still, the room was clean, spacious, and cosy, and the staff were professional and very helpful. The hotel is near transport, food, and shopping, about 150m from Syntagma Square and close to the hop-on, hop-off bus pickup point.
