The host was rude, blamed me, and later threatened me in personal messages after I posted a criticism on booking. Before I had to leave because I didn’t feel my safety or belongings were secure, the host avoided my calls for two hours. When I tried from another number, they answered right away. The apartment had a few minor problems, but the main issue was the door. It wouldn’t lock and the handles couldn’t even hold it shut. The host said they couldn’t help or secure my belongings while it was unresolved. I’m including photos as further evidence of the unacceptable behavior. If you’re considering this apartment, I urge you to look elsewhere in the neighboring routes. You can find places at the same or lower prices without putting your safety at risk.

This review is for Calmio. Communication was very poor. I asked before my flight whether we could leave our bags early, since check-in was at 15:00, and the host said yes. I checked again about someone letting us in at 6:00 a.m., and was told the door used a code. When we arrived at 6:00, we didn’t have the code. The host sent it three hours later, after we’d already gone into the city, so we had to come back just to drop off our luggage. Then we found there was no key inside. The host said they couldn’t give us the key before 12:30. They could have explained this from the start. Instead, we spent hours carrying our bags around because the information we got was incomplete.
