The building has lovely old world charm, with a chic modern interior, and it was spotlessly clean. As female travelers we felt very safe, and the hosts were great. For our first visit to Athens and Greece, the location put us close to everything. We hit the jackpot and are staying again this year.
After my flight was delayed by three hours, I arrived around midnight and had a little trouble finding the entrance. The staff were really accommodating over WhatsApp and were there to let me in, even that late. I absolutely loved the apartment. It was huge, and the bedroom was bigger than the one in my own home. I could live there, though I’d put a blind on the bedroom window.
Just a few steps from Ermou Street and Syntagma Square, so the location was spot on. We had a great stay in this clean, modern, comfortable apartment, and the little balcony was a nice extra. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Athens.
We could walk to all the main Athens sights from here, and Syntagma station was only a short walk away. Loved the apartment and its vibe. We’d definitely return.
We were in apartment 2a, listed on Booking.com as Apartment with Balcony, for nine days. It was spacious, very clean, and the beds were comfortable. We’d read comments about noise, but it didn’t bother us, even over a state holiday and two weekends. It’s right in the centre, so some noise is to be expected, though the double glazing and sun roller shutters help. The hosts also kindly provided a microwave when we asked, even though it wasn’t part of the standard facilities. We needed it for medical use. We’d absolutely stay again.
