My flat near the “Panepistimio” stop was so central that I ended up walking everywhere, without needing the metro or taxis. The station was very close, and ZOIA Living even arranged an early check-in. I had the self check-in instructions on my phone, and the whole process was effortless. The apartment was lovely and had a balcony, washing machine and dishwasher, plus towels, toilet paper, shampoo and everything else I needed. Checkout was just as easy. The only small drawback was the low water pressure, which made showering take a long time.

I cannot recommend Met Zoia Living Apartments. The building had no electricity when I arrived, and nobody had warned me. With a knee problem, I had to climb four floors in total darkness using a flashlight. The power came back on Saturday night, but there was never any Wi-Fi during my stay from Thursday night to Sunday. The TV didn’t work either, so I couldn’t work remotely as planned. For two full days I depended on an unstable mobile hotspot and had to take time off because working was impossible. There were no updates, apology or compensation, which made the whole situation worse. Basic facilities and communication should be a given, but neither was there.

Zoia house, The Hill is close to both nature and the city, and it was safe and easy to find. The top-floor room has a lovely rooftop balcony with a great view. I’d recommend the 20-30 minute walk down to Plaka. The personalized service was quick and good, too. I stayed for a work conference and had a fantastic visit. From a business point of view, I’d improve the breakfast portions and contents, or make the description more accurate so guests know what to expect. I’d warmly recommend staying here ☀️🫶

We had a great five days in Unit 3 at the Zoia - Hill Residence. It was clean, spacious, comfortable, well equipped and a great price. The beds were comfy with four pillows, and having laundry, air conditioning and coffee in the unit was a big plus. Every evening, the shared rooftop gave us amazing sunset views across the city. The neighborhood was quiet, with local cafes, bars and restaurants within a ten-minute walk. A few things to keep in mind: Plaka is about a 25-minute walk, with a decent uphill stretch on the way back, though taxis cost around 5-7€. The shower has no glass door, so water splashes out. Unit 3 has no windows opening to the outdoors, but the rooftop is a good place to get some sun. I’d suggest the owners add a mattress cover. We enjoyed our stay and would come back.
