The staff were professional, welcoming, and always ready to help. Yannis at reception and Michalios at the bar were standouts, and the people really made the experience. The Greek restaurant had fantastic service, and the Italian one is well worth a visit too. Its food was top-notch, with excellent service from the young waiter and the lady. The cuisine overall was amazing, with delicious, high-quality food. I highly recommend the hotel.

The beds were very comfortable, and the hotel had a relaxed, enjoyable feel. On arrival, reception made a good impression: the place was clean and inviting, the staff were welcoming and helpful, and our rooms were ready straight away, so check-in was easy. There were some letdowns during the week. The food was often cold, and Mediterranean choices were limited, which was disappointing given the location. A few restaurant staff also came across as quite rude. Housekeeping didn’t always do a proper job either. Sometimes dirty cups stayed in the room and wet towels weren’t replaced. We had a lovely stay overall and might return, since there are definitely good points. But the all-inclusive package didn’t feel like good value, especially with the food and drink selection. If we came back, we’d probably skip all-inclusive.

The animation team made the stay so much fun. Their programme seemed aimed at French guests, but they still tried hard to include everyone and use English. We had a great time and would definitely come back. The hotel staff were lovely, and the food was amazing, especially at the restaurants. Our only issue was that we couldn’t get coffee in a regular cup by the pool in the morning.

The lifeguard, Jordan, was the standout for us. He was welcoming and attentive, checked in every day, answered our questions, and was always polite and professional around the pools. He made a real positive difference to the trip. The rest of the stay left me disappointed. The hotel seemed focused on French guests, and the entertainment team appeared to concentrate almost entirely on French speakers, so it could feel like non-French guests were overlooked. Our room wasn’t cleaned to a good standard, and there was no full-length mirror, which made getting ready difficult. Some food wasn’t labelled, a problem for anyone with allergies or dietary concerns. For an all-inclusive hotel, I was surprised there was no bottled water, and the minibar drinks weren’t replenished during our stay. Pool bar drinks came in paper cups that quickly went soggy. Reusable plastic cups would be more practical and presentable.
