Angels Villa was a 10/10 for us. The villa is huge, very well equipped, and worked perfectly for our big group. Before, during, and after the stay, the Etouri team responded quickly and helped with whatever we needed. Highly recommnded!

The house itself is nice, but the decor is terrible. It feels like the owners bought a lovely house and couldn't afford to furnish it properly. Noise is a serious problem too: the building is just 5 km from the airport, and more than 50 planes and military jets pass over from 6 in the morning until late at night. I absolutely do NOT recommend this property.

The management responded quickly and sent people out the next day to fix things, but all the little problems really put a dent in our holiday. For the price, more attention to detail was needed. There are marble floors, open staircases, and no safety gates, so I wouldn't call this a safe family villa for children under five. The kids' play area also wasn't as advertised, with only a few small toddler toys, no swings, and a broken slide. On top of that, the listing didn't mention that it's directly under the main flight path out of Chania and Souda airforce base. Having to stop conversations every 20 minutes for a low-flying plane was very annoying. It could have been an amazing villa stay, but these issues added up to a less-than-great experience.
