The location made it easy to step right out and explore the city, and the rooms at Casa Dasyra were just right, with a good-sized bed and a great bathroom. George and Eleni welcomed us warmly and waited even though we didn’t get in until 11pm. They even helped us find food and a drink that late. Wish I could’ve stayed longer!

Full of character and just a short walk from the harbour, this was a really lovely apartment. The owner was friendly and kept in touch well. We were welcomed with a shot of home-made cherry raki too. Highly recommend.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place deserves one. Casa Dasyra is near the harbor in the center of Chania, so the beach, harbor, market, and restaurants are all 5-10 minutes away. The beautiful view completes the stay. The owners are some of the kindest people I’ve met. They always looked after us, and it felt like being part of a family. The room has an old, romantic charm, with air conditioning and a fridge. Coffee, sugar, and handmade cookies are free. Everything is clean, and the bed is so comfortable. I’ve stayed in many 5 ⭐️ hotels, but this residence was better than any of them. It’s the best place I’ve ever been. We’ve already looked up a date to come back. If you want a clean, central place that’s lovingly run, come here!

Mike (Eleni’s son) made our stay feel effortless. He was always friendly and quick to respond, whether he was arranging taxis or checking in on us. We’d highly recommend this beautiful apartment, especially the stunning balcony overlooking the lively old town streets.

After days out exploring Chania, it was lovely to return to a spacious, cozy room. The place was clean to a very high standard, and we felt safe and comfortable during our visit. The landlords were warm and welcoming, and their hospitality went above and beyond. I highly recommend it for the comfort, cleanliness, and wonderful welcome.
