The location is the standout, right among Old Town restaurants and shops, and only about a five-minute walk from the pier. The apartment is super clean and modern, with three balconies, including a large rooftop one. There are three bathrooms, and one has a washing machine. Probably the best apartment in Chania.

We had intense rain one day, and the building owner came out to check the gutter. Since we were stuck inside, he also brought us a bottle of champagne. The place itself is beautiful, modern, clean, and perfectly located, less than a ten-minute walk from the middle of the port. Three bedrooms at a good price are hard to find in Chania. There are three full bathrooms, a washing machine in the master bedroom, three balconies with great views, and the streets didn’t bother us with noise. The WiFi is strong, and they changed the linens and took the garbage partway through our stay. The stairs up to the third floor are extremely steep, so it may not work for children or anyone with balance issues. Manlios was very helpful arranging a taxi, and when a small problem came up, one quick text to him was enough for him to call and sort it out. I’d love to come back, can’t complain.
