The host was quick to answer us on WhatsApp and kept checking whether we needed anything. On our last day they let us leave our bags at reception and arranged a late afternoon taxi to the airport. We stayed in the top-floor two-bedroom suite, with a living room, kitchen and two bathrooms, plus private rooftop access where the family could play cards. It was clean and spacious, and although there was a jacuzzi in the main bedroom, we didn't use it. The location in the old town made it easy to get around. Chania was quiet during Christmas, with lots of shops closed, though there were fewer crowds. Things began picking up around New Year's Eve, and finding a hair salon at short notice meant calling lots of places.

Idomeneas really helped make our time in Chania. He arranged restaurant bookings and car hire, answered our questions, and had great suggestions. Our room was comfortable and refreshed beautifully every day. Hanim is in a perfect spot in the old town, and we had a wonderful stay. Thanks to Idomeneas and the rest of the team!

Idomeneas and Vasia made us feel so well cared for during our last three nights in Chania. Vasia was warm, helpful and kind enough that it felt like we'd known her for years; Idomeneas was cheerful and ready to help. He organized our ride back to the airport and helped manage our many bags for the short walk from the hotel to the taxi pickup on the road. Hanim Boutique Hotel is tucked into the lovely, lively lanes around the Old Port, and the location was just perfect. Thank you both.

Idomeneas was so cheerful and enthusiastic, and gave us plenty of ideas for places to eat and visit. Hanim Boutique Hotel is right in central Chania, just off the harbour and close to restaurants, shops, sights and the bus station. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, spacious and comfortable. We had a wonderful, memorable visit.

The view from our fourth-floor apartment room was stunning, and the location made getting around Chania easy. We loved staying at Hanim, where everyone was so welcoming and helpful.
