The location was ideal, with most of the places I wanted to visit within walking distance. It’s not right on the sea, but the famous beach Koum Kapil is only a two-minute walk away, and the lighthouse is there too. The scenery is wonderful, with tavernas and cafés serving some of the best food I’ve tasted in a foreign country. The hotel was recently built, and I really liked it. The people were lovely too. The taxi drivers I met were polite, happy to guide you, and down to earth. I’d absolutely recommend this hotel and Chania. Thanks for such a relaxed, happy stay.

The stay was pleasant, with really good rooms and facilities and a very decent breakfast. The gym is small and poorly ventilated. The location’s convenient too, about a 10-minute walk from Chania’s old city.

The room was clean and modern, breakfast had lots of choices, and the price was reasonable. They also gave us a voucher for a free cocktail at the bar, which was nice. Everything else was good, though my wife sometimes couldn’t connect to the WiFi on her phone. My phone worked fine.

We had a great week in Chania. The modern room was lovely, breakfast was good, and there was a nice spa. It’s an easy walk to the old town and a small but pleasant beach. We paid €10 a night to use the parking. The spaces were tight but manageable; free street parking is available nearby, though it gets busy. We didn’t use the pool, which sits in the hotel’s central courtyard and is basically shaded all the time.
