We stayed for 10 days in a standard room and felt thoroughly spoiled, from the sweet, friendly welcome to their warm wishes and smiles at the end. I especially appreciated the coffee and tea machine in the room, the rooftop terrace for breakfast, and how spotless all the spaces were kept. It’s a nice boutique hotel, close to the city center, a supermarket and Nea Chora sandy beach. Keep up the great work. We’ll definitely recommend you!

It’s a lovely, quiet area where we slept really well. The family-run hotel is beautiful, and our room was nice and extremely clean. The position worked well for getting around: about 15 minutes to the Venetian harbour, KTEL and a small beach, and roughly five minutes to three market stores.

The old town is about a 10-minute walk away, and the coast and sea-view restaurants are nearby. There’s also a Synka supermarket close by for picking up essentials. This is a small hotel run by very friendly people. Breakfast has a broad selection of delicious local food, and the cozy rooms are clean and tidied daily. The air conditioning works well, and there’s a safe. I highly recommend it.

I spent seven nights here, and it was the best vacation of my life. Each morning’s breakfast was fresh, satisfying and delicious, with plenty of choice. My room was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean, and the care for hygiene and comfort was clear. The managers were warm-hearted and lovely, as well as highly competent. They were always available when I had questions and eager to help. Their kindness made me feel incredibly welcome, and I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently placed within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and the old Port of Chania. My family and I recently stayed at Hotel Ideon, and the room was spotless and well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend it for its service, cleanliness and location.
