The breakfast arrangement with the partner restaurant worked brilliantly. The food was excellent, and it was a nice touch that the bed was made every day. There were thoughtful amenities, everything we needed was provided, and the host delivered the apartment luxury that was promised. We were genuinely impressed. Communication before the stay was friendly, professional and personal. After we booked through Booking.com, a management agency seemed to coordinate things for the owner. Their messages were clear and well organized, which made getting ready and arriving easy. The arrival itself went smoothly, though finding the exact place took some care. Look for the small minimarket between the apartments and the nearby hotel. We were standing in front of a minimarket, but the wrong one. The host’s personal attention still came through despite the agency’s involvement, and he was reachable by phone at 9 pm, which we appreciated. A few things could be clearer. Photos would help people find the right minimarket and entrance. The door is white and right next to “Anastasia – Handmade Art”. An information sheet in the apartment with the Wi-Fi password and basic details would also help. We arrived around 11 pm and didn’t want to call again when the password initially didn’t work. A second key card would have been handy if two guests wanted to go out separately, though we didn’t ask, so one might have been available.
