Iolkos Hotel

The apartment was spotless, had everything I needed, and the shower was great. The owners were lovely, friendly, and helpful, and arranged transport to and from the airport. It’s in a quiet, peaceful, safe area, just a minute from the beach, close to a mini market, and a few minutes from the bus stop.

Eleni is a welcoming owner with a very warm manner, and the daily room cleaning was excellent. The rooms were very good too. It’s a great budget hotel, about 5 km from the old town of Chaina, and close to Atlantica Kalliston resort and some good restaurants. I highly recommend it.

The neighborhood felt safe, and the hotel was tucked away on a quiet street. We found the rooms spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed for our trip. Having parking provided made things much easier after long days of exploring, especially compared with old town Chania. Without a car, there’s a bus stop about five minutes away that can take you where you need to go. The hotel is only steps from a great beach and close to two other excellent cove style beaches, where the water was calm every day. Antonio and the rest of the staff were welcoming and helped with anything we needed. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely return.

We only stayed one night, but loved it. The room was very spacious, and they had set up the crib as requested. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful, and arranged our airport transfer. It’s an affordable place, barely a two minute walk from the beach.
