We stayed for 2 weeks with the family and enjoyed the whole time. There was plenty of choice in the food, and it never felt repetitive. The restaurant staff were very helpful, and the rooms were clean and spacious. The bartenders were always kind and smiling, and made professional cocktails, including virgin cocktails for me. My kids had a great time with the animation team: Aurora, Lea, Lilly, Takya, Najda and Aimen. They loved the minidisco and miniclub. We had all in plus, which made the stay more relaxed.

The pools were cold, but it was early in the season, so I’m sure they’ll warm up. As the British say, it’s alright once you get in! We liked that the animation team were great without being pushy, and the evening entertainment was great too. It’s a good family resort with a decent all-inclusive food range. Our room and the facilities were great, including the indoor pool, play area, play room, and arcades. We’d come again.

The animation team made the resort feel fun and welcoming for everyone, whatever their age or background. They were always cheerful, clearly cared about guests, and went above and beyond to make sure people were enjoying themselves. Eimen especially kept making my partner and me laugh with his humour, energy, and friendly manner. We had a fantastic stay at Kiani Beach Resort and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Crete. Thanks to the whole team for making the holiday so memorable. We’d love to return.

I love that Kiani Beach is right next to the beach, and that there are 3 restaurants to choose from, with so many options. The animation team are really cool and nice to me, especially Alexandra. My mum bought me a new shirt like the ones they wear, in yellow, and on the day I was going home they matched with me! We had an amazing stay. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was lovely, and the staff were wonderful. Special thanks to Spiros, the manager from KBR3 restaurant, who was professional, friendly, and always helpful. The whole experience was top top top, 10/10. We’ll definitely come back and highly recommend it to everyone visiting.

The location made it easy to explore the island, about 20 minutes from Chania and around 50 minutes from Rethymno. We had a wonderful stay, with good food and plenty of delicious choices every day. The atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and professional, making us feel comfortable throughout. George, the Operations Manager, stood out for his hospitality and attention to detail, and made sure everything was perfect for us. We really enjoyed our time and would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Crete.
