The rooms were really clean, modern, and well equipped, and the included breakfast was very good, with typical Greek products and a few things changing each day. Staff were extremely friendly, too. I booked the three-person room, which was spacious and had a nice couch. The hotel is close to the city center and very near the KTEL bus stop, although the walk toward the station and city center was a bit poor in places. The stairs up to reception and breakfast were fairly steep, so keep that in mind. Very good hotel for the price.

The hotel is just a few hundred meters from Chania's tourist centre, an easy walk of only a few minutes. The staff are very friendly, and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

The front desk team looked after us so well throughout our stay, going above and beyond. We were there with my wife about a week ago. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the air conditioning worked great, which matters if you're not used to the heat. Breakfast was included and had a great variety. The location was good, about a 10-minute walk to the old town and the beach. If you stay here in Crete, you won't be disappointed!

We spent two nights in Chania for our babymoon before heading farther into the island, and we loved this brand new hotel. Everything was spotless and modern, the rooms and beds were comfy, and the WiFi and aircon were great. Our balcony caught the evening sun. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and breakfast downstairs was lovely, served in a spacious area. The location is central, just a short walk from the harbour. Our flight was delayed by 2+ hours, but the staff reassured us we could check in after midnight, which put us at ease. Red Jane Bakery and To Souvlaki Opos Palia, one of Chania's best coffee and bakery spots and gyros hole-in-the-wall places, are both a short walk away. We'd definitely stay again! ❤️ 😊🇬🇷

The hotel was clean, and housekeeping did a thorough job throughout our stay. Reception were always helpful and happy to share information, and breakfast was decent. We also had the team arrange a rental car, which they delivered and handed over at the hotel, very convenient. We had a triple room with plenty of room for two people's large bags and carry-ons. The location just outside the old town worked well, and cabs or rental cars can pull up right outside, so there's no need to drag luggage around. The one downside was that a bartender wasn't available on several occasions. It didn't affect our stay, since the old town nearby has lots of bars and restaurants. We loved it and would stay again.
