Aoria Estate Old Port

The renovation has made both the building and room look really appealing. The problem was the towels, which weren't clean. When we raised it, the owner said, "this is impossible," then told us to go down two flights of stairs and over to a neighboring building to get fresh ones. That felt like unacceptable service, even for an apartment without servicing.

Everything we needed for a stay in Crete was in this new, clean little place. The rooms are small and quaint, and we loved how easy it was to walk down to the old town for shops and restaurants. The only downside was having to carry our luggage upstairs ourselves, since there's no elevator or help with bags.

The staff were really helpful, and the rooms were clean and modern. Such a great location.

For four days, Aoria felt cozy and very clean, and I didn't have a single complaint. It's a tiny hotel, more like an Airbnb with just a few rooms. The people working there were polite and cheerful, always ready to help. I'd definitely recommend it.
