The great location, right in the old town near bars and restaurants, and the clean, modern apartment were the good parts. The layout made it hard to recommend, though. There’s no proper kitchen or living area, and the second bedroom has steep steps right beside the bed where it’s easy to misstep and fall. There’s no storage in that bedroom at all, no shelves, cupboards, drawers, or hooks. To get to the terrace, you have to climb onto box shelves and crawl through a low doorway on your hands and knees. The bathroom has a shower but no toilet, and shower water ends up all over the floor. There isn’t even a rubbish bin. With a design this impractical, I wouldn’t recommend it for young kids or anyone who isn’t very agile.

The location is great and the place is well appointed, but the stairs have no handrail and, despite there being two showers, there’s only one toilet. Getting out to the terrace is ridiculous, so we couldn’t use it and couldn’t socialize there with our friends. Not suitable for families with young children or anyone who isn’t agile.

I really liked how the old building’s original features were kept alongside the stylish modern interior. The renovation is high quality, and the apartments are beautiful and fully equipped, even with folding table and chairs for breakfast outside. Katerina was especially welcoming, and thanks to her for the warm hospitality. The location is on a quiet alley, just a couple of minutes from the tourist promenade, with attractions, restaurants, and shops all walkable. There’s paid parking beside the building and free parking about a five-minute walk away.
