I always stay at Notus when I go to Chania, and I highly recommend it. It’s right in the city center, just three minutes from the best restaurants, with an incredible view from the top floor. The hotel is very clean, cozy, and even smells lovely. The host is kind and attentive, and the maid is a wonderful person who’s always smiling. It’s undoubtedly the best hotel in Chania.

We had a wonderful stay at Notus Hotel from the 20th to the 27th. The owner and the woman who looks after the rooms communicated with us really well and were always kind and helpful. The location is ideal for excursions around Crete, and the hotel has everything you need. I’ll definitely recommend it to friends who want to visit Crete.

We found NOTUS a great value and an ideal place to land in Chania, tucked right into the heart of Old Town. The rooms are spacious, well kept, and exceptionally clean. Service was gracious and accommodating, and it was a welcome break after busy days of sightseeing. Just be aware there’s no parking included, and finding a space at night is very, very challenging.

We had the terrace room, which was gorgeous, and the terrace overlooking the water was amazing. The service was fantastic, and it was easy to reach the hotel staff when we needed them. The location is perfect. Street parking was sometimes a problem, though there are affordable lots and garages nearby within walking distance. We’ll definitely come back on our next trip to Chania.
