We came here to relax and disconnect, and that worked out perfectly. Most days we stayed by the pool, which was spotless and had a separate shallow section for kids. When it was windy, it was a good alternative to the nearby beach, where you can also find beach restaurants. We played table tennis and used the outdoor gym, and even walked into Kissamos. The staff were lovely, very friendly and willing to help with anything we asked. Breakfast was great, especially the local graviera, and we had Greek coffee or frappe each day. Our room was clean, with a modern design, all the amenities, and a great view of the beach. There’s a mini market nearby with everything you need. If you want to see more of the island, renting a car is a good idea. We’d come back.

Clothes went missing from our room, and when we raised it, the hotel showed no interest and said we must have lost them. They also tried to add charges at checkout even though we hadn't bought anything during the stay. The staff seemed nice while we were spending money at the hotel, but some became ignorant and unhelpful when we didn't pay for breakfast, drinks, or snacks. Because of the isolated location we hired a car and spent most of our time away. We have visited numerous Greek islands and stayed on the other side of Crete the year before, which was fabulous. This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences we've had. I wouldn't stay here again even if it were free.

The room was roomy, comfortable, and clean, and the facilities were top quality. Service was outstanding, with a very friendly team. A great choice for a relaxing, luxurious stay, highly recommended.

The renovation has made a great impression on us. The rooms feel warm and everything is new, modern, and practical. It's exceptionally clean, and one of the best options in the area. I highly recommend it.

The hosts were impeccable. The hotel has been fully renovated and sits in an amazing location. The rooms are lovely, with comfortable new spaces throughout, from the beds to the bathrooms.
