Sun & Sea Plus Resort

Dinner on the balcony at sunset was lovely, and you can also head to restaurants in Plaka or by the beach in Almirida. Breakfast was delicious. It's ordered à la carte rather than served buffet-style, with local choices like Sfakian pita alongside the usual dishes. Definitely try it. The hotel is clean and attractive, with beautiful views. There are two shared pools, and some rooms have their own. Beds are comfortable, and the sofa beds in each room are large and comfy too, so traveling with kids worked well for us. We also liked how modern the place was. We'll come back when we're in this part of Crete.

We had a great week here. The room was lovely, with views across the bay and great facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. Plaka's restaurants are about two minutes away, and Almyrida is a 10-minute walk. We'd definitely stay again.

The staff were available around the clock and very helpful. When I sprained my ankle, they arranged a doctor visit right away. Anastasia, thank you so much for all your help. We enjoyed breakfast, though we didn't have dinner at the hotel because we were always out. Our two-week stay was a dream, and we really didn't want to leave. The apartment had two rooms, a large TV, and a separate air conditioner in each room. Both rooms had glass walls instead of windows, with an open sea view. People outside couldn't see in, though that may not be true of every apartment in the hotel. The sea view from above was wonderful, and the place felt sunny and very quiet. This was by far the best accommodation we've ever had!

We stayed at Sun & Sea Plus Resort for two weeks in July 2023 and really enjoyed it. Our balcony had a lovely view, and the room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and quick to respond. We'd definitely visit again.
