Thallos the Boutique

The staff who look after reception and guest experience were wonderful, kind and attentive, and always had thoughtful advice and recommendations to share. We were so happy with our stay, and the personal gift we received before leaving really touched us. The hotel has a modern feel and a great spot in the heart of Chania. Everything was spotless and worked well, and we didn’t lack anything during our stay. We wholeheartedly recommend it!

Valia, Maria and Anna were all so helpful, and communication through WhatsApp was great. We’ve just had a lovely stay at Thallos. The rooms were very clean, and they left fruit and coffee each morning. The hotel is only a few minutes from the harbour, with nice bars and restaurants nearby. We’d highly recommend it.

The rooftop terrace was a highlight, with several seating areas and enough room to dance under the stars. We had a balcony too, and our room was beautifully decorated, with every detail thought through and everything spotlessly clean. We stayed for a week at this charming boutique hotel in Chania, and the hospitality made it one of our best experiences. The owner is loving and dedicated, and her kind-hearted mother was often around, always smiling and ready to help. From arrival, we felt welcome, with a refreshing drink at reception. Fresh fruit and espresso were always available in the room, little touches that made us feel cared for. We also received a small farewell gift, a lovely and unexpected surprise. We left feeling grateful and inspired, already planning to return. More than just a hotel, it felt like a heartfelt experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a warm, authentic stay in Chania.

The receptionist was really helpful and gave us great tips for restaurants and things to do. The rooms were lovely and clean, and the location is great. Definitely recommend it for a stay in Chania’s Old Town.
