Stella was amazing, with great communication on WhatsApp and helpful suggestions for local restaurants and a taxi. The rooms are spacious, nicely designed and very clean. The hotel is a short walk from the old town, about 20 minutes. We couldn’t ask for more. Thank you!

Miss Stella was already in touch before we arrived, and she was kind, helpful and always available. Her warm attitude made the stay even nicer. We were very happy at Alma City Hotel: the room was comfortable, and the area was peaceful. We appreciated the free refreshments. We didn’t have a car, but it was easy to walk to the tourist areas, and taxis back were cheap. There’s also a supermarket nearby, handy for essentials and snacks.

We spent seven days at the hotel as a group of four and had a fantastic time. The room stayed pleasantly cool with the air conditioning and was spotless, which made things especially comfortable. Stella was a warm, caring and welcoming host who went out of her way to help us, including sharing restaurant tips and recommending beautiful beaches. We had a great experience at Alma City Hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Chania.

Stella was a lovely host, and the hotel was lovely too. She gave me all the recommendations I needed and arranged transport around Chania as well as to the airport. Honestly, I can’t think of anything negative. A 10/10 experience, highly recommended!

Stela is the main reason for my five-star review. The rooms are nice, spacious and super comfortable, and the hotel is a three-minute walk from a really nice square with lots of good places to eat. Stela was so kind, always offering help and even giving us some amazing gifts. I really appreciate it, Stela. You made my work stay a lovely experience. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone, whether on holiday or working.
