We were allowed to check in early because of our particular circumstances, which we appreciated. The room was quite adequate and had a balcony facing the sea. The hotel is very close to the harbor and offers good value for money. The only downside is that, like many places in Chios, there’s no elevator.

It’s close to the harbor, the rooms were clean, and the place wasn’t very busy. We checked in after 1 pm and wanted to check out at 11 am. They let us leave our luggage there until ferry time.

Our stay was awful. There were insects in the room, the cleanliness and hygiene were poor, and we were uncomfortable throughout. We only stayed because we had no other choice. Parking was also a problem, and when we left our car in front of the hotel, we were rudely pressured about when we planned to move it, as if we had done something wrong. The whole experience was unacceptable.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious, very clean, and recently renovated. There’s a kiosk just across from the hotel, which is centrally located. Rooms have a fridge, air conditioning, TV, kettle, bottled water, tea, and Nescafe, and the shower gets hot right away. Two things to know: the rooms and reception are on the first floor with no elevator, and there’s no breakfast. I’d recommend it for a night or two.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff were kind and helpful. It’s close to the port, which makes it easy to drop off your bags and start seeing the city early. They can also help arrange a rental car at a very reasonable price. This has become my favorite place in Chios center.
