Villa Dimokratia

The garden and pool were wonderful, with flowers, lemon trees, and even lemons we could pick. There’s plenty of outdoor space across three terraces, and the villa itself is spacious, spotless, and has comfortable beds. Nikos made things easy from the start, welcoming us with local cake and delicious homemade olive oil. We’ll definitely return. Thanks, Nikos!

The terrace was a particular favorite during our 10-day stay with friends. The rooms and pool were great, and everything was clean. The cleaning staff were lovely and always arrived on time when we needed them. There’s good WiFi, too. I’d highly recommend staying here, even for a longer visit.

Nikos and his parents in law were around whenever we needed anything, and they made us feel very welcome with cake, wine, olive oil, and raki. The whole place is well looked after and has what you need for cooking, cleaning, or relaxing. It works well for a big group, with enough room for everyone, and suits a holiday or workaction. Shops and restaurants are only 2-3 minutes away by car. The WiFi could be a bit better, but otherwise it was top notch. I’d come back anytime and recommend it.

It felt like a home, not just a rental, and I’d gladly recommend it to friends and family. When we arrived at 11pm, Nikos had dinner ready in the oven. The villa was cleaned and the towels and linen changed twice during our two-week stay in Kolympari in June/July ‘22. Everything was spotless inside and out. The gated grounds meant we could keep the car inside, and the pool area had nice furniture and sunbeds. Nikos was incredibly kind and hospitable, and the villa was even better than the photos.
